Q3: Credit check ?

After receiving the forms and documents, Alfid does the credit check. The response time for the tenant's application is within 24-48 hours of the application.

Q4: Is there some prohibition ?

  • No animals are allowed in our buildings
  • No smoking even on balconie
  • No Airbnb

Q2: Which documentation to provid upon application ?

  • 2 x photo ID's
  • Proof of employment with annual salary or pay slips for the last 2 months.

Or

  • Letter of enrollment in school
  • Proof of income (bank statement or proof of student loan)

 When everything is correctly filled out and attached to the documents send by email at residentiel@alfid.com

Q1: How to rent ?

If you want to rent an apartment, you must fill out an application form so that we can do a credit check to determine if you are eligible or not.

The document is provided by our manager or leasing agent and is sent by email.
